Product Manager / Head of Product

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated, and empathetic individual to join a leadership level position in our product team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Ownership of features and/or products
  • Serve as a communication hub and facilitate collaboration across teams and departments related to your products
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and business leads on product flows and aesthetics
  • Use an effective combination of research, data, and product intuition to make timely decisions
  • Manage UX team members, testing and optimization solutions

Sr Front End Developer

  • Create graphic design assets for various project streams
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Business Development, Product Design, and Developers
  • Improve the look and feel of UX mockups, including layout, page elements, color, fonts, illustration/icon placement etc

Jr Deal Desk Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, and detail driven individual to join our growing team as a Junior Deal Desk Analyst. This role supports the Operations Manager with contract and accounting responsibilities as well as sales & finance operations duties to support Sales Order processing and Billing functions.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Review and respond to all amendments, comments, and changes requested by partners to order forms and terms of service. Ensure order forms are executed swiftly.
  • Partner with the Sales team to build custom contracts for non-standard deals.
  • Review all deals to ensure that contract terms, billing information, and pricing is accurate and aligned with the data inside Salesforce.
  • Serve as the gatekeeper of PandaDocs: build new contract and order form templates; train new users; maintain organization of the platform.
  • Setting up contracts and billing in Salesforce, PandaDocs, Upflow, and Quickbooks online
  • Accurate and timely invoicing of services based on contract terms
  • Catalogue amendments made to order forms, contracts, and other documents.
  • Make necessary outgoing calls/emails to follow up on Accounts Receivable.
  • Research billing disputes and determine appropriate actions needed to correct issues.
  • Create and monitor price books within Salesforce.

  • 4+ years of professional work experience
